Submission of Resumés
Current law school students may submit their resumés to Nexsen Pruet, LLC between January 1st and February 15th for first-year students, and September 1st and September 30th for second-year students.

Along with a resumé, each candidate should submit a transcript and references. Writing samples may be requested at a later date. We prefer the candidates to have a connection to the Southeastern region of the United States.

While the firm, upon request, permits second-year clerks to work with the firm for only one-half of the summer, first year clerks are required, absent exceptional circumstances, to work with the firm the entire summer.
